RESOURCES FOR REPLACEMENT OF STAFF

Currently 10% (30 officers) of the guard force is on an ongoing training basis being additional to the current compliment. These officers are cross-trained within the organisation and do replace staff as per requirements when needed. We also have the support of the subsidiary company to draw upon.

MAXIMUM HOURS WORKED PER SHIFT PER SECURITY OFFICER – 12 HOURS

• Uniform provision
Uniform is supplied free of charge for a period of 12 months whereby uniform will be replaced once normal wear and tear is identified being present.


• Medical Aid
Medical aid, arrangement in place and is optional.


• Funeral and Death cover (Not Compulsory)
Funeral and Death cover is underwritten by Safrican .


• Provident Fund under written by The Private Security Sector Provident Fund ( Compulsory)

• Bursaries and Study loans
The company currently does not make any provision in this regard.


• In-house training programmes for staff.
